How Our Network Works

Start with a short form

Who You Talk To

When you send the form or call, your request goes to an independent provider or a partner who works with providers in the Omaha area. The person you talk to is not a Napiernet Windows & Siding employee. They work for or with the businesses that do the work.

What They Will Ask

  • What is wrong with your windows or siding?
  • How many windows or walls?
  • How old is the house?
  • Was there a recent storm?
  • When do you want the work done?

Then they set up a visit to measure and look at the house.

What You Should Ask

1. How long have you done this work? 2. Insert or full frame? Why? 3. What warranty comes with the product? 4. What warranty covers your labor? 5. What happens if you find rot? 6. How long will the job take? 7. Can I see proof of insurance?

What a Good Answer Sounds Like

Clear and specific. "The maker covers the product for this many years. We cover our labor for this many years. If we find rot, we stop, show you and price it first." Good providers put it in writing.

Red Flags

  • A large cash deposit up front
  • A price that is good only today
  • Nothing in writing
  • No proof of insurance
  • Pressure to sign at the door after a storm

After the Visit

You get a written estimate. Read it at home. Check that it lists each window or wall, the products, the labor, the cleanup and the plan for hidden damage. If a line is unclear, ask. A good provider is glad to explain. Compare it with one or two other estimates before you decide.

Who Decides

You do. You choose whether to book a visit, which estimate to accept and when to start. When you are ready, Request a callback or send the form.
