Website Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer before you use napiernet.com. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

We Are a Referral Service

Napiernet Windows & Siding is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent window replacement and siding providers. We do not sell, install or repair windows, siding, trim or other exterior products. An independent provider does any work on your home, not Napiernet Windows & Siding.

No Endorsement or Warranty

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We offer no product or labor warranty. Warranties come from the maker or the provider. We cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every home is different. Talk with a qualified provider about yours.

Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They vary by job, location, materials and the condition of the home. Get a written estimate before work begins.

Products

General statements about window and siding materials describe common features only. Real comfort, life span and looks depend on the product, the install, the home and the climate. Ask the provider and the maker for details.

Insurance

Statements about insurance on this site are general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent.

Safety

Broken glass, ladders, roof edges and old painted surfaces can be dangerous. Do not put yourself at risk. If life or safety is in danger, call local emergency services first.

Compensation

Providers or marketing partners may pay Napiernet Windows & Siding when we connect them with homeowners. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current. We make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
